Four half hour interviews. Partner interview, culture, SME. All pretty straightforward... looking for stories, learnings, and reflections. Normal interview process and nothing surprising. There are a ton of resources online that can walk you through the rubrics they use by level and role.

Tell me about yourself and what you're looking for
If you are considered a potential hire, Google will assign you a personal contact within that specific team who will help lead you through the process. It is a nice, personal touch. This person is not who makes any decision on your hiring, however, they may tell the hiring manager to interview you further if you were cut short in the process.
