I got the google hiring assessment the next day after applying, and I received an email saying I passed after 24 hours. Until now the status just stayed the same. So I’m assuming I got ghosted later on.

It was different from the formal interview. Just give an oral situation and answer. But the interviewer was kind and all processing was shared right away. Mock interview was not helpful quite different from real.
