Technical interview, followed by culture fit. Overall it was a thorough but fair interview going over both my technical expertise in the area followed by a multitude of questions around how I work in a team environment, how I manage teams, etc etc.

Scenario analysis and response. A situational scenario was presented, and I had to respond with how I would handle the situation. I was allowed time to formulate a plan, and then present it to the interview committee.
