A few of my readers have been kind enough to also reach out and ask if the interview series has ended or the reason for not putting out more blog posts recently. This blog post will (hopefully) also share the reason for the same:
Earlier this year, I was invited by Google to interview for the 1 year Google AI Residency Program: My application was considered for the “final round” of interviews: The “onsite interviews”, the preparation process had kept me busy that made me contribute lesser to the blog series as well as the online communities.

Very fluent basically 2 interviews. 1 coding + 1 skill/research interview for my case. Coding is basically a medium leetcode question. Research interview is mostly foundation of machine learning . Cracking the coding interview + Leetcode + deeplearning book are great resources to get started.

Entrevista
Easy and efficient. The company treats your time with respect is the whole procedure is highly organized and planned. However, after the first interview, it took google recruiters four months to inform me that I did not pass the next round.

After initial application, I was invited for one hangouts 45 mins with basic ml coding questions. Upon clearing that I had two onsite rounds. Both were related to my research. Overall the experience was good apart from interview rescheduling hiccups.
