Got in with a referral to a coding interview. Was about a leet code medium question, took a bit but was able to get and code an optimal solution.
About a week later after reaching back I got rejected with zero feedback on what I did wrong.
Leet code interviews in my view are the worst way to determine capability from one question in 45 minutes.

Schnelle Absage über die Statusmeldung im Portal. Ohne Referenz von internen Mitarbeitern ist es schwierig, in die Interviewphase zu gelangen. Anschließend ist man für 90 Tage im Bewerbungsverfahren blockiert, was eine erneute Bewerbung ebenfalls erschwert. Das ist nicht ganz fair, wenn die Gründe für die Absage sehr unterschiedlich sein können, wie etwa wenn zu viele Bewerber bereits im Prozess sind.
