I am highly disappointed with my experience interviewing at Google. I spent a significant amount of time preparing for the interview and 3-4 hours on it. I had good conversations with all of my interviewers. However, it has been over three weeks, and I am still waiting to receive communication from my recruiter despite following up multiple times. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company like Google. It is disrespectful to waste my time like this after I put in so much effort for the interview. I am not posting this because Im frustrated. Still, I want those preparing for the upcoming interview to be in touch with the recruiter and set the expectation, maybe schedule a meeting to collect the feedback well in advance. Don't think twice before doing it. Remember you'll commit a reasonable amount of time to prepare for the interviews plus 3 hours for the interview itself. So respect your time and ensure they don't take it for granted.
