GCA - General Cognitive ability
RRK - Role Related Knowledge
G&L - Googlyness & Leadership
3- In case passing the three interview there will be one more System design/ Technical interview
The pairs/engineers are very nice and supportive and know how to make it easier to go through the interview, two engineers interviewed me for the first two interviews: GCA and PRK, however the one person from management (G&L) was not friendly at all and gives the feeling she is not happy about the interview and doesn't provide any help or more context when needed,

Entrevista
The interview process went quite smoothly with 4 interviews (one of them being a presentation). It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I passed the interviews and got a positive feedback, but the role was put on hold for months and then cancelled so overall I was disappointed. However, once you pass the interviews the feedback remains available for 12 months for similar roles at the same level, if one opens up in the same location.

Recruiter Screen followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions were simple. However, I got a feedback that I need to repeat RRK round only after 6months for similar roles.
