Overall, the interview process was structured. The interviewer kept trying to help me structure the answer, but I was nervous at the time. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer, but the interview process was very well structured.

It is a multi-stage process, starting with resume screening, moving to phone screens, then virtual "onsite" interviews (coding, system design, behavioral), and ending with a hiring committee review and team matching, It's structured, rigorous, often virtual, and uses collaborative platforms for problem-solving.

1. Recruiter call to understand your interest and fit for the role. The recruiter was very helpful in ensuring you are succesful for upcoming interviews by offering an interview prep session.
2. Two 45 minute interviews that are a mix of technical role related questions and behavioral questions.

Le processus se compose d'un dcreening avec la Talent Aquisition, suivi de deux entretien avec des managers (random ou pas) avec qui on passe des entretiens à la suite et un entretien technique si accepté pour la derniere phase.
