Highly impersonal. This is the second time I interviewed with Google, and that they reached out to me for another role that I didn't even apply for. Their process is intense for no reason, the interviewers often have no desire to get to know you as a candidate, and are reading off scripted questions that are intended to "trip you up" and "see how you think" I was told by the recruiter that I could potentially interview with a whole team but not actually meet my hiring manager before getting an offer. The way they interview and place people makes you feel like you are just a number - they can interview you and place you wherever without you ever meeting the people you would directly work with. Personally I know that I did well enough in the interview and that I am more than qualified for the role. I have years of experience and have interviewed heavily in my career. The fact that they base hiring decisions off of such an impersonal, rigid process is ridiculous. And they take all of this time from you - ask you to join prep sessions simply to prepare for their interview process - and then they have a policy that they cannot give any feedback on what you did/didn't do well.
