Initial interview with general recruitment officer checked the information I had provided in my application and ran through a list of short-answer questions that I assume were the same for all candidates in similar roles.

3 rounds of interviews, first a phone call, then a google meet video call, then in person. Very thorough situational questions that seemed to truly reflect the person and not just someone’s experience/ resume
