O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Google (Mountain View, CA) em abr. de 2011
Entrevista
Applied through Google Jobs. Emailed a recruiter. Got an email back from a different recruiter the next day. Set up a phone interview for a couple days later. Tell me about your resume / current job / average day. Why google? What google apps do you like/use? Tell me about a time when..... questions. Few days later, got asked when I'd be able to come in for in person interviews. Had two separate 1:1 interviews. Lots of "tell me about a time when..." "why google" "why this position" "what makes you qualified", "what would you do if...". No crazy logic games or puzzles. Each interview lasted 1/2 hr. I thought it went really well, but they decided to "pass on my background" -- i think b/c I didn't have large corporate experience.
Interviews rated as difficult b/c they asked a lot of "tell me about a time when..." questions. Be prepared with examples of every possible scenario you can think of. I came prepared, but you gotta be on the ball.

Tell me about a time when you didn't complete a task.
The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
