The process was smooth yet very much delayed. Comprised of four rounds - Online challenge, telephonic interview, two face to face interviews. The only con is that it takes a lot of time to be processed.

Online assessment: Complete an assessment to evaluate cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, and role-specific knowledge. This may include logical, reasoning, and basic technical questions. Recruiter phone screen: Speak with a recruiter to discuss your background, motivation, and the program details. This is often a brief, non-technical call Interviews Interview round 1: This may be a phone interview or part of the formal/on-site round, focusing on your thinking ability and problem-solving skills. Formal/on-site interviews: This stage typically involves multiple interviews to evaluate your technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You can expect a mix of questions, including: Product design and strategy questions Behavioral questions to assess your experience Estimation and data analysis questions Final interview: In some cases, a final interview with an executive may be required. Post-interview and program Receive and accept offer: If you are successful, you will receive an offer to join the program.
