The interview process was quite thorough and spanned over a month from the initial contact to the final offer. It began with a recruiter screening, followed by two rounds of interviews with different team members (including cross-functional stakeholders). After these, I had a final round with the hiring manager again, which helped reinforce alignment and clarify expectations. Each stage tested a mix of technical and behavioral competencies, and communication throughout was consistent and professional, although the overall timeline felt slightly extended.
