I completed a paper application at the branch and was called for an interview within about a week of submitting it. I met with the director and spoke with her for sometime regarding why I was interested in the position and what I could contribute to the library and community. I thought it was very straight forward and the director was very nice. I did not have to do a background check or drug test but the facility is very easy going and you can tell they trust the employees they hire and know they will not do anything to harm the libraries reputation.

A paper application was first completed and then I was called in for a face to face interview. Very standard questions, more so asking why you would like to work there.
