There are 3 steps to the interview process. One with the recruiter which is about 30 minutes long. If he likes you, you move onto the case study. Then the final interview is with the Head of Customer Experience. I haven’t heard back from them. Basically ghosted. I followed up twice since then and crickets. Sucks because the people seem cool and the company seems great.
