Very laid back. The technical interview was just a couple brief questions and minor whiteboarding to ensure basic OOP knowledge. Very little need to have stressed or practiced coding challenges beforehand.

\You go into this small room in a dimly lit area and get asked a bunch of questions about development. None really hard. They definitely try to intimidate you in the later stages of the interview. They are definitely more of a button down strict type of place, and a sales driven company. You can see when you walk in that everyone looks either bored or miserable. Nobody talks to each other or smiles much.

You send an email with resume to a specific job posting email address. The HR person contacts you if the development team "might" be interested. Then you come and do a 10-minute written technical test and a 30-minute coding challenge. The HR person takes the results and gets them to dev team. They contact you if interested. I was not contacted. :(

The written test was pretty basic: what is a class? What is a linked list? When would you use a singleton and what are drawbacks?
The coding example was pretty straight forward. They give you a laptop with no internet access. It has VS and SQL Server on it. You have to create a project that connects to a pre-made database and extract some data and present it based on some logic.
