Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a interview call with this company, Hiring manager called me asked some questions. I I answered all of them, got rejected. She is not friendly and gave me feeling like she would reject me at the begin of the call. Also she is only strong with SQL,whatever questions I asked, she can not answer, I feel I dont want to work with these manager who is lack of knowledge as well. The main issue is this lady is not nice and not friendly

I saw a job posted online and applied. A few days later I got a phone call from their in-house recruiter. He was very nice. Next, I spoke with the owner/founder and he was very nice and upbeat. I then scheduled an in person interview with the owner and operations lead. Once again the owner was very nice, but the operations manager was not very friendly. He seemed very confrontational and spoke of getting rid of people that did not log enough billable hours. I thought that was a little strange for a first interview. The office is very nice, but it only has room for a few employees. Most people work from home. I did not get a good vibe from the operations guy and decided not to pursue the opening. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But, I really don't want to work with or for someone with such a gloomy outlook.
