The interview process was very casual and actually a pleasant business conversation. However, beware, if you have a family or are planning to start one you will not want to join this company. After receiving my offer letter, prior to starting, I made the CEO aware of my pregnancy. He congratulated me, said let's make a game plan together, and proceed because I could do a lot for the company in the time before I take leave. Instead of researching a game plan to come up with maternity leave, he researched how to not get in trouble for not hiring me. He low balled me $10K, never responded to my message offering a different proposal, then posted the position under a different title name. I'd be weary of doing business witn someone like this in terms of a co-worker, a boss, or a partner in all aspects not just the role I interviewed for.
