Entrevista
All you have to do to get hired is pass the class and have a very brief interview. The questions are about your experience and what would you do in certain situations. They are looking for people who are well spoken and can relate to the clients.
Interview was after passing their tax course, which is about 30 hours. Interview was a formality as they will hire just about anyone who passes their course or had tax prep experience.

Entrevista
Upon completing the application through the H&R Block website , I followed up with a call to their office and spoke with a preparer to schedule my interview. I interviewed with two preparers who had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. They were very welcoming and kind. They asked me about my prior work experience and spoke to me about their experience and backgrounds. It felt more like a conversation than the usual feeling of an interrogative interview, which I liked. They also allowed space for me to ask questions. It was an amazing interview process.
