basic interview for minimum wage job,although given the amount of work you do at the job the hourly rate should be much higher.I had one interview with the district manager she asked about my availability,why i wanted the job at H&R Block,and what I know about H and R Block.I was given a conditional offer and accepted.The condition was that I pass with at least a 70 in the computer and the written exam which was easy.

Why do you want to work at H&R Block?
What hours can you work? -the place I worked at in windsor only preferred hiring individuals whose availability was at least bare minimum 16 hours a week
Also an advice do not say that you are currently working at another tax office or an accounting company that does tax...because that is a conflict of interest and a red flag for the district manager as they are afraid their client lists may be given...4 people from my class didn't get the job as they told in their interview that they work for an accounting firm that does tax so be careful what you answer.
the interview process otherwise is very easy
Interview was after passing their tax course, which is about 30 hours. Interview was a formality as they will hire just about anyone who passes their course or had tax prep experience.

Entrevista
Upon completing the application through the H&R Block website , I followed up with a call to their office and spoke with a preparer to schedule my interview. I interviewed with two preparers who had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. They were very welcoming and kind. They asked me about my prior work experience and spoke to me about their experience and backgrounds. It felt more like a conversation than the usual feeling of an interrogative interview, which I liked. They also allowed space for me to ask questions. It was an amazing interview process.
