Entrevista
The interview process was simple and short. 2 rounds of interview followed by an aptitude test and a final round of interview. The first level interview was just to understand the job and expectations. The test was extensive and gauges right behaviors.

Entrevista
There was an HR round (telephonic) which was followed by an interview with the Content Director. I was asked to develop a sample training module of four hours (Technical/Skills Test). As I didn’t feel like switching before completing a year at my then organisation, I declined any further proceeding.
I called HR Anexi back after a week, the HR welcomed my change of thought. I emailed the required test sample.
When I cleared the technical round, I had to take an online Personality Test. I was then called for an interview during the same week. I was interviewed by the Assessments Head and Content Manager. After this round, I was interviewed by the MD of the company Ashish Arora and cleared this round as well.
