First value based assessment is taken. Then 1st interview. After that 2nd interview. Finally salary negotiations with HR. Then police verification is done. If everything is ok, you get the job.
Very short actually, I was asked a few very pertinant questions regarding the position for which I was applying by someone who was retiring from the position I would fill. I was surprised when the interview ended after a very short period. I really wasn't wure if I would get the job.

Entrevista
Very brief, was interviewed by Operations Management and the person retiring, whom I was supposed to replace. Very few questions, and was made to feel as though this would be a career to retire from. I was in the interview for less than an hour. It took me longer to get there, than I spent in the interview.
