I had a pre screen with the recruiter, but she didn’t show to the zoom. I emailed her, we rescheduled and off to the races. Overall I had 4 interviews with different members of the team. I would describe the interview process as ambiguous and opaque. I was told that I’d be contacted on a certain day and it wouldn’t happen. It was also disappointing when interviews would be rescheduled 20 minutes prior to start. Ultimately I got another offer and went with it. I will say the last interaction I had with Human, I was told they’d contact me on a specific day and it’s been weeks now. TLDR: buckle up, lower your pay expectations, and get ready to get ghosted 👻

I was strung along to a total of FIVE interviews, each individual asking me almost all the same questions (tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc.), jumped through all the hoops and did the song and dance they wanted, and they didn't have even the decency to send me a generic Dear John rejection email. I do not recommend this company, all they do is waste your time. Any decently run company that respects a candidate's time and busy schedule ought to be able to wrap the interview process up in no more than 3 rounds. What a tremendous waste of time and colossal disappointment.
