Entrevista
A former employee of the company recommended me for this position. My initial conversation was a phone screen with the recruiter. Following the phone screen I was asked to come to the employment location to meet with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, he was at another location so we ended up doing an hour and fifteen minute phone interview and then I was given a tour of the facility. After my interview with the hiring manager, I had a panel phone interview with 4 other people. They each took turns asking a series of questions and I was also given the opportunity to ask questions too. All in all it was a very smooth process and the recruiting team did a great job keeping me informed of next steps.

6) 1 week later, working interview at center (scheduled from 10AM-5PM)
Working interview:
Attend morning meeting to listen to staff present, follow members of staff around center, role play with Regional Director, lunch with Regional Director, shadow Office Manager

Entrevista
Initial application was followed by a phone interview with the recruiter and subsequent phone interviews with the area manager and vice president of operations. After taking the personality test, I had a face-to-face interview in a local center with the manager which consisted of situational questioning and interactive tasks. Following a background check, I was presented with an offer letter. I was kept apprised of each step by the recruiting department--they did a fantastic job.

Entrevista
I first met with the Area Manager in the center where I would work for a face to face interview. I then was emailed a Caliper personality/skills assessment to take. About a week later I had a phone interview with the Regional V.P. Then I completed a consent for a background check and received an offer letter.
