I had three interviews with Harris. The first was a general conversation about myself and the position with HR. The next two were in more detail about the position and more standard interview questions. Overall, I found the interviewers very down-to-earth and friendly. I was one of three final candidates being considered, and the final interviewer was very open about this and advised me that if I didn't get the position, to keep trying for future opportunities. In the end, I wasn't the successful candidate, but I came away from the process feeling valued and with a positive impression about the company.
