Pretty standard interview process with behavioural based questions. As a new grad some questions about what classes I enjoyed and why. Had one interview in person and then a meeting for coffee with potential coworkers.
1 hour interview with technical manager, covered previous work history and school degrees plus a few questions about pumps/process equipment/mechanical design. Asked about Solidworks/CAD skills. Got a brief tour of the office and different work groups on site.

Overall very clear interview process. Online screening answering generic questions. One in person interview lasting around one hour with various team members. More focused on soft-skills then technical questions. Asked primarily on education and previous experience. Focus on how your past experiences can be applied to the job.
