Interviewed first with the recruiter, who was very knowledgeable of the position and team, as well as enthusiastic about the work Headspace Health does and the benefits they offer their employees. Next I interviewed with the hiring manager, who walked through my resume and experience. My only complaint here would be that she didn’t get into questions about how I would tackle specific aspects of the position - i.e., be an advocate for the care team - which made me feel like she had already decided that I wasn’t right for the role. The questions about the work listed on my resume and cover letter though we’re very in-depth, so be prepared to talk through every experience.
