Exhausting. 1st a written math that, then a verbal communication test. Followed by a panel of 4-5 managers that asked typical interview questions but then cross referenced every answer. If you had one slip up, they jumped on it like hyenas. Took nearly 6 months to close the position out. Poor communication.
