I arrived at head office, got placed in a room by myself where I waited for a while (apparently the interviewer was held up somewheres), interviewer came in and asked me a lot of questions. It was a 45 minute interview, but it didn't feel like it. Interviewer asked me questions about my last jobs, personality, work habits...etc. You know, the usually.

Just normal interview questions, but a lot of them, like…
- Tell me about a time...what did you do/would have done differently?
- Have you ever upsold anything before, what did you do to have the customer purchase it?
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
