Company in constant state of understaffing so the interview process is quick. They even hired me and had me start work 3 weeks before I graduated college. I went through 3 interviews all in a matter of 8 days (one in person and two over the phone.)

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.
