Very straightforward and kind. Sales questions and flexibility with schedule. Teamsters are required. Required to be open to morning and evening hours including weekends. They often ask your experience with customer service and sales. Past experience reviews and need to express how they can benefit the company. Vehicle knowledge is helpful.

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
