I got the job through a "recuriter" who scheduled the interview. The Branch Manager did the initial interview, then the Area Manager spent a few minutes talking to me in his office. I had to "follow up" with them on a weekly basis. When I called, they told me that I was supposed to have started work the previous week. Again, I had no idea.

Very detailed, quick decision for hire, personable manager and comfortable interview environment. The process was very informative in how the job would be from day to day. Tour included of the facility and where you would be working and an overview of your coworkers.
