It was pretty quick i had a interview with one manger and he asked a few questions about and the job that i was interested in applying for. then the next day i did a background and a urine test

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
