I had the pleasure of attending a face-to-face interview with the customer service team and it was an absolute delight. The experience was both easy and fun, making it a truly enjoyable process. The HR representative was exceptionally friendly, which added to the overall professional and welcoming atmosphere of the interview. Their warm demeanor instantly put me at ease and made the entire experience unforgettable. Interviewed over the phone. Short and straight to the point. Was able to start in less than a week and required little to no training, essentially training was to highlight things to look for when inspecting a return.

Entrevista
Applied online, recruiter contacted me a few days later looking to talk with me about the position. The recruiter asked me a few basic questions about working in weather conditions and such. I was then scheduled for a face-to-face interview the following day. The in-person interview involved a lot of customer service questions. They want you to smile and be energetic.
