I was contacted about two weeks after applying for this position by HR for a phone interview. The phone interview went well, and I was set up for another phone interview a week later. After speaking to the hiring manager, I was told she would set up a face to face interview with me once she was in Denver in a couple weeks. It has been three weeks, no call from Hertz, and the HR recruiter is out of the office for another 9 business days. Very poor communication for such a high level position...
