I was called to come in and meet the City Manager. We met at the service center located at the Airport. Very relaxed atmosphere and I felt very comfortable. We discussed past and present work history. She asked where I'd like to see myself in 5 years. She also asked why I would like to work at Hertz. Overall an easy interview.

Had an hour drive to location to meet with Area manager and General Manager. Very brash, unprofessional process. They did not even look over my resume ands told me "I don't know who you are". I had to sell myself on my entire resume and past experience. All they covered was how much selling additional insurance was important. Seemed like there wasn't a interview guide they were going off. Very unexpected experience, especially with curse words being used.
