Very straight forward interview process theyre usually open and you can pop in at a time specified on their job postings online. Not very difficullt interview process in my very humble opinion you can get a job at hertz it is a car rental company
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
informative and very detailed job description. Responsibilities were explained as well. Sales management important to create revenue for company growth. Sales important also helping customers by answer questions. Timely transactions and work speed important dor the role.
