Entrevista
I was given a codility test first and completed that. Then I had my first interview with a Technical Lead and it was just about getting to know each other. Then I had another technical interview with a Senior Person in Holidaycheck and it was went fine overall. Then later in that day I got a mail saying that I passed the interview and I was invited for an final interview. In the next day I had another HR interview with one of their senior member and straightway he said that I failed the last interview and they are not going forward with me. I was very confused about the email I got the last day saying that I passed the interview.
Anyway I thought to move on and after few days again I got a mail saying that why i did not attend my final interview. Then I replied to them saying that I was said that I failed the last interview and they are not going forward with me, so that is why I did not attend the final interview. Immediately I asked them to schedule the final interview if they are going forward with me but till today I never got a response to that. I again reminded them about that but no response.
I was really confused about what was going there in HolidayCheck. Some people say I passed the exam, and some says I failed and it is a mess. I strongly believe companies should not play with candidates like this.
I had a really bad experience and I hope any one wont have to face what I had to face. To be honest I will not recommend this company to anyone. I strongly feel like this company attitude is not good.

Coding test was given at first and then there was a technical interview with a senior member in Holidaycheck. Asked about my experience, and then asked to describe a project I worked on and asked different questions on that. Aksed questions regarding My SQL, Life scycle methods in React etc.

Seems like a competent company but I decided to quit the process due to the sheer incompetence of their hr department. I have over 15 years of experience and I never had such a bad experience. I think the rest of the company is okay just that one department which is horrible.

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did an online assessment. The online assessment are two leetcode style questions. I send two followups afterwards to ask for feedback. Didn’t receive any emails back from HR. I am still waiting 3 weeks afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful hiring process. I would strongly recommend against applying.
