Contacted by HR for an over the phone questionnaire. Invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and a member of HR. General behavioral questions. I was given a brief plant tour and told I would hear from them regarding their decision.

There was one phone screening, and then afterwards I was completely ghosted and received no feedback as to whether they wanted to continue the interview process or not. This felt extremely unprofessional as someone who is actively searching for a position, to keep someone waiting for any feedback for as long as 2 months after a phone screening.
