Entrevista
First there was a phone interview that was a typical interview with questions like what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses. They then bring you to the plant and ask similar questions and give you a tour. It was with a HR associate who read through a sheet of questions while taking notes. They compensated us for travel.

Interview was easy. Its very easy to get in given that you show interest in the company. Also, previous experience help a lot. Hiring process is not competitive at all.

Entrevista
Meet with them at a college job fair. From there they setup a skype interview with me which went well. A week after that interview they offered be a position.
