1) Customer Support scenario questions you must prioritize and justify
2) Chat test - practice chat with staff and interact with virtual customer - checking for upbeat tone, writing skill etc
3) Phone interview
4) In-person interview (meeting with all team leads, one after the other); may also be interviewed by Head of Support (if she's visiting from Boston)

Entrevista
First, I made them a video because it would help me "jump the line" to get to the next interview stage. Second, there was a short assignment based on how the company would respond to certain issues. Third, I did an online chat pretending to be a Customer Support Specialist. I thought it went really well- both my "customers" left happy and I wouldn't have changed any of my responses or answers. Shortly after I received an email saying they were not moving forward with my application. Seemed very strange and the process took about 4 weeks from when I sent in the video, so it was annoying and a waste of time. They never gave me feedback after I asked. Overall, poor communication on their end and I was annoyed at the process.

Entrevista
I sent a video through instagram (you cna do it on twitter, fb or snapchat) explaining any time you helped someone, in addition, I sent my resume and applied online, I got a positive about answer within 2 days to go to the next stage, this stage was a test for different customer service situations, after this I got a second test on hangouts to simulate a chat between a customer service representative and a customer, a couple hours later I got an email informing that after reviewing my application they decided to pursue other candidates :( I really wanted the job but at least they were honest and they gave an answer.
