There were 4 steps in the design process, a call screening, a portfolio review and background review, a design challenge, and a team interview for 4 hours.
The interview process was lengthy, the team took a very long time to progress with the interview and there were too many people involved asking the same questions during the last 4 hour interview.

It started with a recruiter call, which was pleasant, and then I was given a design challenge immediately. It would've been nice to be able to talk to the hiring manager first before jumping right into the design challenge.

Entrevista
The interview process was quite lengthy and included a design challenge, which was only used during the initial round. Unfortunately, the manager’s call felt less like an opportunity to learn about me as a candidate and more like an attempt to verify I wasn’t a fit, which made for a disappointing and uncomfortable conversation.

Entrevista
Applied online and interviewed online. Went through a screen call with HR, who was nice and welcoming. Then went through a portfolio review with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager didn’t seem to be interested in the work and responded plainly like a robot. Felt a bit disrespected. Got a rejection letter next day.
