The process started with a recruiter contacting me via Linkedin. First round was a call with the Hiring Manager. He seemed disinterested in learning about my experience, within 10 mins he ended the call saying they will send me a data exercise. The data exercise required extensive analysis and they prompted me to finish it on a week. Upon sending the data assignment, they never contacted me for further rounds, I simply got a email at 10:38 PM on a Friday night stating they have hired an internal candidate, thank you for your time. I tried contacting them multiple times, requesting to at least give me a feedback on my assignment since I have spend so many hours on it, no reply. Looks like this was all a ploy to get some of their work done by candidates under the name of interview.
