The hardest issues for which o had to deal with, though I was not able to root cause the problem was to define what it was not. Trying to replicate, note down the steps. Defining the symptoms, thorough documentation. And captured results from testing and analysis before escalating to development and advanced failure analysis teams. To reduce workload and time to resolution .
