Once scope, estimate and plans are ready, I will use a detailed milestones(weekly or bi-weekly) chart to track. Regular (weekly or bi-weekly) status meetings with all team leads to review status of milestones. Proactive management of risks and issues and timely escalation. Will be much more closely engaged with the engineering teams in tracking their progress. As we get closer to the end, tracking much more closely, testing status, Launch criteria, Go-NoGO criteria and more frequent status checks.
