1. Making sure what is being built is in line with the customer requirements 2. Making sure it meets the MVP for the customer 3. Conducting a daily inspect & adapt by reviewing the artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Chart 4. Receiving constant feedback from the stakeholder i.e., (Participation of Stakeholder in Sprint Demos) 5. Managing the vision, the backlog, and the stakeholders in real-time
