The first interview was a phone interview that was about ten minutes long. The second interview was at their corporate office in Oradell, NJ. It was with a recruiter at HR and consisted of cheesy skill-based questions. For example, "Describe a time in which you encountered a problem. What did you do to solve it." "Describe a time that you fostered team work."

The interview was a panel style question and answer process. The interview was off site at the public library due to construction in the office at that time. Everyone was nice.

Entrevista
The interview process started by interviewing with the executive director and then interviewing with another center director. Process took 3 weeks overall. The executive director was very kind and wanted to make sure who ever accepted the job would be a good fit for the position.

The questions and answers don't prepare you for what is really expected. They ask you if you are WILLING to do certain things and then once you are hired you find out it is required of you on a weekly basis
