The process is pretty standard for consulting roles. Application and CV are submitted online. If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to take an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you will be invited for the first interview, follow by a case study, and then a final interview. If all stages are successfully passed, you will be offer the position.

I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.
