Wurde die Bewerbung als Interessant bewertet, erhält man einen Termin zur ersten Vorstellung (Telefon-Interview), In der eMail ist ebenfalls enthalten ein English-Test und ein Kognitiver Test. Diese sind auch im ersten Interview den Recruiters bekannt.
Nach angehender Prüfung des ersten Telefonats findet ein zweites Interview statt, mit den zuständigen Abteilungs- und Projektleitern.
Zum Abschluss der Bewerbung findet ein persönliches Gespräch statt.

Im zweiten telefonischen Vorstellungsgespräch wechselt der Abteilungsleiter in Englisch über und stellt Fragen wie: "Was unternehmen Sie in Ihrer Freizeit"
