1. CBD application form - this was focussed on your motivations and experiences which demonstrated the core IBM value/competencies.
2. IPAT Test - this test is really difficult if you have not prepared in advance for sequence problems. I personally reviewed different types of sequences and refreshed my knowledge on basic mathematical equations that may have been forgotten.
